MONTREAL GETS EXTRA FRESH

New Joe Fresh Style® Studio store to open at 395 Jean-Talon O. on August 26, 2010

As you know, a brand new Joe Fresh Style® Studio store will open this week, in the historic Jean-Talon train station in Montreal, Quebec. This new location will bring a wide selection of stylish and affordable fashions and accessories for the whole family to this vibrant community.

This new location is a Joe Fresh Style® Studio store, a self-contained building, adjacent to a Loblaws grocery store, similar to the format and style of the Joe Fresh Studio stores located next to Loblaw stores at Queens Quay and Forest Hill in Toronto, Ontario. The 14,500 square foot store will feature women’s, men’s, and kids’ apparel, accessories, sleepwear and select
intimates pieces.

To integrate the new Joe Fresh Style® Studio store, Loblaw paid homage to the history and elegance of the building. From selecting low-standing fixtures to maintaining sightlines throughout the main space and retaining the train station’s arrivals and departures sign, to incorporating the original cashiers’ counter as the store’s new cash desk, the new store respects the building’s grandeur.

STORE OPENING EVENT
As part of the Joe Fresh Studio store opening events, a big block party with a performance by recording artist Pamela and a family-friendly BBQ and ice cream shop in front of the store will take place on Saturday August 28, 2010, from noon to 4 p.m.

Special offers will be introduced throughout the opening weekend including a $5 coupon when you spend $25 or more* and a free reusable tote bag with any purchase for the first 1000 customers.

The store will open to the public on Thursday August 26, 2010, and is located at 395 Rue Jean-Talon Ouest, Montreal, QC, H3N 2Y8.
