Lucky Number 7: 2011 Top Canadian Fashion Bloggers

As I prepare to close yet another great year of Fashion & Arts Blogging here at miss SLY! I took the time to review other blogs that not only caught my attention, but captivated me all year long, with their unique content, original personality, unmistakable sense of style and utter love for their craft.

And because this is the first installment of miss SLY! Lucky 7, I thought of starting here at home, with a round of 7 Canadian Fashion Bloggers I like and admire, and it is my pleasure to highlight them on miss SLY!

The seven bloggers I have selected for 2011 have not been contacted prior to this story, and therefore will find out along with you, that they were my 2011 coup de coeur.

His self confidence, eclectic style, fancy socks (attention to details!!) and overall classic demeanor. Never out of character, Spencer simply is. I find him inspiring, charming and real. Definitely one to watch.

Her all or nothing approach to life, contagious smile, spicy sense of fashion, and how she always adds that little extra to her style, i.e.: Bleached eye-brows anyone? You should check out her elaborated editorials.

She is Über-Stylish, has a strong sense of self, and lives life according to her own rules. Strong-willed, fun and extremely feminine, she’s a deadly combination. Her Blog is a musing & inspiration of chic and realness. Don’t count her out.

What I like about Justine:

Her no-nonsense personality and big glasses a la Denis Gagnon. A free-spirit fashion enthusiast who introduced me to Veganism, Justine has no time for false pretenses which is quite refreshing. There’s never a dull post on her Toronto based blog, you will easily get addicted (promise).

The question should be what’s not to like about Danisha? She is funny, bold and injects joie de vivre in everything she does. Danisha experiments and shares her love for accessories through her blog, which is her trademark. Side note: Her shoes collection is impressive.
